responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities in this role reporting to the CFO will include:
*Work closely with the Senior Management Team to formulate the mid to long-term financial and strategic plan
*Work with the leaders of each department to assist them to build their annual budgets and forecasts
*Produce models to project long-term growth and determine impacting business factors
*Deliver competitor analysis and market trends to the Senior Management Team
*Analyze financial and operational results to better understand the organization's performance
*Utilize BI tools to deliver meaningful insights into business performance
*Evaluate previous budgets, and expenditures to develop and implement future budgets
*Communicate recommendations to executive management for improvements that will lead to cost reduction, revenue generation, and streamlined operations
*Provide insights to executive management around financial modeling, forecasts and profitability
qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, (MBA a plus), 8 years of relative work experience, top-notch verbal and written communication skills, and possess the ability to collaborate across the organization to meet company goals. Total Compensation to $200k.
