salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: Bachelor
Responsibilities
• Develop and Drive cultural change in Technical Services via a vision, aligned plans and confident leadership.
• Improve Labor Efficiencies via reducing hours per Batch/Kettle Idle time and Asset Efficiency.
• Drive Kettle Turn Improvement as per fiscal commitments.
• Reduce Quality rejects and sustain the gains through CI – standard work and process improvements.
• Give general and specific direction to Managers in order to meet short term and long term goals.
• Craft current fiscal and 5 year plan (2.0 TS Strategy).
• Set clear direction to Supervisors and hold accountable to execute plans. Lead a Scheduler, Process Lead, Three
Supervisors and Engineer for a Three Shift 24/5 Operation.
• Develop cost standards for T.S./Production, monitor and control to meet or exceed objectives.
