Are you a friendly and motivated individual who loves working in the social service field? If so, we are looking for a multifaceted individual who can successfully multi-task the day to day responsibilities of a Program Consultant for a Government Program. We are looking for someone who has experience in the medical or education field, is comfortable on the phone, has great computer skills, and has exemplary customer service skills.
salary: $20 - $21 per hour

Responsibilities
- Calling parents/guardians of children birth to age 5 to offer one of our public health programs (Children 1st)
- Scheduling an appointment with the parent/guardian
- Meet with parent/guardian via phone or telehealth to ask programmatic questions – needs assessment of the family
- Ask questions pertaining to child’s developmental milestones (based on child’s age, it’s from a standard questionnaire)
- Based on the needs identified, refer family to community resources
- Data entry
- Documentation of conversation and visit with family in progress notes
