Electric Forklift Mechanic

A large National Wholesale Distributor of Health and beauty aids located in Bellport, NY is looking for an Electric Forklift Mechanic to join their growing team. This person must have previous experience repairing electric forklifts.   This is a union position! salary: $52,000 - $80,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Must have previous experience repairing electric order pickers, turret side loaders, pallet jacks, hydraulic systems & cylinders, SCR and digital drive and control systems, industrial battery cell replacement, battery charger repair
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Electric Forklifts 
• Good mechanical and electrical aptitudes, knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and hydraulics and internal combustion engines, and the ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics
