electromechanical assembler

One of the most employee friendly companies in the US is in need of experienced Electrical Assemblers! Temp to hire 1st shift positions based around assembling electronic systems based on blueprints/instructions. Pay is $20-26 to start depending on experience/position, this company offers an excellent benefits package and many of their current supervisors started in these roles so there is opportunity for advancement. Candidates need good work history and experience reading blueprints!

salary: $20 - $26 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 6 AM - 3 PM
education: High` School

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, or reports
• Inspect wiring installations, assemblies, and circuits.
• Assemble electrical or electronic systems or support structures and install components, units, subassemblies, wiring, or assembly casings, using rivets, bolts, soldering or micro-welding equipment. Pack finished products for shipment.
• Adjust or repair electrical equipment.
• Correct defects.
• Test product to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Build products such as electric motors, computers, electronic control devices, and sensing equipment.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes
• working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
