responsibilities:
- Identifying efficiency and automation needs and creating and implementing those solutions.
- Contribute to the creation of automations to expeditiously migrate applications, group policies, and device collections from SCCM to Workspace ONE.
- Manage enterprise OS images, task sequences, and OS Deployments.
- Create reporting from toolsets such as SCCM, Workspace ONE, Active Directory, SQL DBs, SeviceNOW and others.
- Gathering business and technical requirements.
- Coordinating and leading in the design, testing, evaluation, implementation, and support for multiple complex platforms of large size and complexity (hardware, software, operating systems, systems tools, and IT processes).
- Evaluate business requirements and recommend technologies that will enhance availability, reliability, scalability, and security while consistently driving down total cost of ownership.
- Consult with other business units (e.g., application development groups, Field Services Technical Support, etc.) to configure platforms for product installation.
- Design and document enterprise standards and procedures
- Ensure platforms/systems conform to established enterprise/industry standards (systems management, security, operating systems, etc.) and reference models.
- Provide technical support, as needed, to the enterprise.
- Coordinate activities with internal/external technology owners/service providers
- Create detailed documentation for all engineering solutions.

- Intermediate to expert C# experience
- SCCM to Workspace ONE migration (Strongly desired)
- Tachyon & SysTrack analysis and reporting
- 5 years of progressively responsible work experience specifically in Enterprise Endpoint Engineering.
- 5 years' experience with integrating multiple complex solutions into one standard enterprise solution.
- O/S migrations
- Project Management
- Airline industry experience.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or 5 years of equivalent experience
