responsibilities:

• Manage air permitting projects from start to finish, including interfacing with regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct air emissions calculations using appropriate tools and methodologies, and prepare permit applications and associated technical reports.
• Prepare and submit permit-by-rule applications, new source review permits, and operating permits.
• Develop and maintain technical expertise in air permitting regulations and best practices, and provide guidance to staff on regulatory compliance issues.
• Provide technical support on air permitting and compliance-related issues, including preparing and responding to information requests and addressing any permitting or compliance issues that arise.
