job summary:
Growing company is looking to add an Epicor professional to our team. This person will work with project leaders as we build a new digital world for our company. This includes bringing all the client operations under one Epicor ERP system in an on-premises environment.

This position will require a well-rounded individual capable of working in a heavy project environment with expert working knowledge of ERP systems, especially Epicor. This person will be an impacting resource in projects as well as be part of an ever-growing team of professionals. The right candidate will work side by side with our IT Team and Management as they help shape the company's technology goals into reality.

responsibilities:

• Project manage multiple projects requiring Epicor expertise.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on Epicor ERP systems and processes.
• Write and maintain documents related to systems design/customizations, implementation, and best practices.
• Monitor system performance and identifies improvements in business operation workflow as well as regular maintenance.
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from key stakeholders, and assist in developing project plans and timelines to achieve successful implementation
• Guide internal and external resources through ERP implementation phases, evaluation, testing and optimization
• Configure, test, and implement ERP system changes
• Troubleshoot ERP-related issues.
• Provide ERP support and training to ERP end-users on an ongoing basis.

• 4 Years of experience using EPICOR ERP
• Experience with EPICOR Kinetics preferred
• Understanding of Business processes

Special Position Requirements:

• Epicor ERP administration experience
• Use of ERP tools like DMT, SQL, BAQ's, and BPM's
• Application implementation experience from development to deployment
• SSRS and Crystal Reports experience including report design Working knowledge of SQL server Working knowledge of Application Servers and Task Agents
• strong DMTBPM, BAQ, and Dashboard knowledge Working Knowledge of Application Studio Working knowledge of REST services.
• Use of ODBC links to pull data into MSOffice.

• Education: Bachelors

skills:

• Enterprise Application Support (4 years of experience is preferred)
