JOB DUTIES:
- Support the small cell and in-building team with all equipment engineering needs from design review thru ordering.
- This position will be responsible for ensuring designs utilize current equipment and all necessary components are accounted for.
- They will order, track, and report on equipment deliverables for current year projects.
- This position will have a financial responsibility when it comes to tracking POs and received equipment.
- This role is in a hybrid team of real estate, construction, equipment, and project managers so must be willing to integrate throughout the entire build process.
- Client utilizes Google Suite and other digital platforms.
- Position is in the office two days a week and remote three - but always also working with other remote offices. Must be as efficient in the office as remote and present Good communication skills.

responsibilities:
- Responsible for Engineering and Design support of all equipment for multiple project types.
- Supporting the equipment engineering team with equipment order logistics.
- Creating Material Requests.
- Forecast future needs based on project start dates.
- Ensure proper tracking of all components.
- Monitor all equipment expenditures.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure vendor payment.
- Equipment Procurement & Optimization.
- Oversee equipment receipt and acceptance.
- Good Project Management and Communication skills with the ability to work closely with Team Members.
