- Read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications with a focus on architectural millwork and commercial stone.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather project details and specific requirements.
- Analyze project requirements and create comprehensive and precise cost estimates for architectural millwork and commercial stone work.
- Evaluate materials, labor, and equipment necessary for each project while considering the uniqueness of millwork and stone applications.
- Prepare accurate and competitive bid proposals with a deep understanding of the nuances of millwork and stone projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends and cost fluctuations in the architectural millwork and commercial stone sectors.
