```Duties```
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities equipment and systems
-Electrical ( Ballasts, bulbs, parking lot lights, troubleshooting outlets)
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and address them promptly
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of facilities
- Moving items as needed (i.e., furniture, file cabinets, boxes, etc.,)
-Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Painting ( Brush and roller applications, plaster, drywall repair, Interior and exterior jobs)
-Doors (Metal/wood, closers, hinges, sweeps ext.)
```Experience```
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- computer skills including Microsoft Suites and facility management software.
- Teamwork mindset
- Maintain a professional appearance and comply with all uniform requirements.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with strong communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
