Responsibilities
- Main point of contact for base maintenance requests, upkeep and repair for building/office and warehouse setting
- Provide maintenance for electrical/plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpentry and furnishings
- Replace parts when needed
- Responsible for large equipment maintenance and reapr
- Assist with setups
- Utilize 3rd party software tools to track work orders
- Escort 3rd party vendors on site and assist with the documentation and invoicing to 3rd party vendors
- Conduct inventory of suppplies and purchase when needed
- Lift up to 50lbs
