Financial Analyst - $60,000 - $75,000 plus bonus (HYBRID work schedule)
Awesome Financial Analyst opportunity for one of our area's fastest growing companies. This company is extremely "employee friendly" offering tremendous flexibility -- including a permanent hybrid schedule in which employees work remotely three days a week.
This Financial Analyst opportunity is a GREAT opportunity for a 1-2 year accountant (public accounting or corporate accounting background) looking to transition to a Financial Analyst / Data Analyst role for an awesome hiring manager here in Lancaster. I have placed the last two people in this role (one in 2018 and one in 2020) and both have been promoted since I placed them.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of one year of professional experience as an Analyst or Accountant. Strong Excel skills are required. Candidates must be comfortable analyzing large amounts of data. Because of the visibility of this role (working directly with Senior Management) - the candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
