Responsibilities

As a Grievance and Appeals Associate, your main responsibility will be to assist the Grievance and Appeals team in handling member and pal support tickets. This will require you to document information, investigate within our software, and make outbound calls to both pals and members. It is essential that you maintain an organized and well-managed schedule while using good judgment in your decision-making process. You will also need to communicate effectively via email and call text software.

Clear and concise documentation is essential for efficient ticketing. Thorough and well-organized records help our team provide exceptional customer service. Attention to detail is crucial.

Ability to multitask. 

The Ideal Candidate would be someone who has experience providing customer service and /or handling difficult conversations. Tech-savvy with experience working in multiple computer systems simultaneously
Excellent Customer Service Skills with the ability to resolve customer issues in real-time
Ability and willingness to adapt to changing work environments which shift direction and tasks throughout the day.
