Responsibilities
LATER SHIFT: Mon-Fri; 12pm-8:30am
- Answers high-volume inbound calls and responds to customer inquiries regarding both existing credit card claims and new claims of potential fraud
- Performing general account functions - adding transactions, sending corporate correspondence
- Can make outbound calls, but only follow ups
- Opportunity for back-office work if excelling on the phones
- May add additional transactions to claim
