Inventory Associate

job summary :

We are seeking a detail-focused Inventory Associate to oversee our client's inventory sold from Amazon warehouses. Key responsibilities include :

• Tracking PO adjustments with our 3rd party provider
• Recording inventory movements between the 3rd party provider and Amazon warehouses
• Reconciling inventory across the 3rd party, Amazon, and company inventory systems
• Monitoring Amazon reports to update our inventory system as needed
• Managing customer returns to Amazon and updating our system for product disposition
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to automate processes
• Working with Amazon and the tax team to provide monthly inventory reports by state
• Proposing and implementing process improvements to ensure inventory accuracy

Skills :

• 2 years of data entry experience and intermediate MS Excel skills
• Proven ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience in inventory reconciliation
