Investment Data Analyst

We are seeking experienced Claims Analysts to join our team! As a Claims Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of class-action claims. Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of experience processing claims, with advanced attention to detail. Must live in the Hampton Roads area. salary: $19.04 - $19.05 per hour

Responsibilities

Responsible for process incoming financial requests for investment departments which offer a variety of financial services to its clientele. Position requires advanced computer skills, ability to interpret and process documentation requests, as well as speak with financial advisors to clarify questions that may arise on incoming requests.

• Accurately record all financial requests and documentation into workflow processing tool.
• Interpret and process assigned documentation tasks.
• Ability to interpret, analyze and process detailed instructions provided by investors and financial advisors.
• Maintain a high degree of accuracy while processing’s financial transactions.
• Review documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Outbound phone calls will be required to resolve various questions such as written requests.
