- Develop, implement, and maintain information security policies, procedures, and protocols to protect confidential and sensitive data from unauthorized access, disclosure, and loss*.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors that conduct regular vulnerability assessments and perform annual penetration tests. Responsible for reporting risks and managing remediation efforts*.
- Develop and implement incident response plans to effectively address and mitigate any security breaches or incidents*.
- Ensure user access to systems and facilities are in line with management approval and comply with information security policies
- Responsible for completing customer requested risk assessments and questionnaires*.
- Plan, coordinate, and conduct training sessions and security awareness programs to educate employees on internal control procedures, information security best practices, and the importance of data protection*.
- Required to conduct training at onboarding, continuous trainings, and annual security awareness training for all staff at all locations.
- Maintain record of training dates, topics covered and attendance.

- Prepare audit reports summarizing audit findings, recommendations, and remedial actions for senior management and stakeholders*.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, internal control enhancements, and information security advancements, and drive their implementation*.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, legal, compliance, and operations to ensure alignment and coordination on internal control and information security initiatives*.
- Remains current on company procedures, products, services, and new technologies through available resources*.
- Ability to manage stress and anxiety.*
- Recommends new procedures and updates for approval as functions may change*.
