Responsibilities:
- Produce attractive, meaningful reports and dashboards; maintain and improve existing dashboards and reports
- Help shape best practices in visualization to deliver an excellent end-user experience
- Prepare ad-hoc analysis as requested
- Participate in department projects as assigned
- Partner with senior leaders to understand the business and the challenges they are trying to get resolved.
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to brainstorm ideas, pin down project requirements, and iterate through potential solutions
- Research questions related to report information and calculations
- Audit questionable report information
- Create queries and reports through the use of reporting tools to create efficiencies within the department

- Experience in Power BI, SQL and SSRS
- Experience in any of the following would be helpful: Tableau, T-SQL, Python
- strong ability to leverage SQL to perform data analysis
- Great communication skills, inquisitive and a strong desire for constant learning and growth
- Ability to quickly understand data and data relationships and translate the technical implementation to a business orientation
- Desire to dive into the complexity of our business and navigate both relationships and process
