Summary:
- As a member of the CRM Charitable Sales Technology team, you will be immersed in a collaborative, innovative, and technically challenging environment. As a Salesforce Developer you will be responsible for design, development, and delivery of Salesforce artifacts. We're looking for team members that are eager to learn and implement new technologies and provide outstanding CRM solutions.
- As a Salesforce Developer you will be responsible for helping to deliver quality technology and software initiatives by:
- Analyzing complex business and systems requirements and providing technical solutions to meet user requirements
- Designing and developing solutions on CRM Salesforce platform integrating with backend systems and working closely with our development, QA, product teams and Architects
- Ensuring timely delivery of project deliverables
- Collaborating with business partners on issues
- Partnering with application and data developers on designs, models and best in class implementation
- Interacting with experts from across Client in different support organizations and business groups
- Being a member of Agile team(s) that focuses on delivering what the client needs
- Partnering with production support and CRM Retail team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues to ensure 24x7 availability of production systems
- As a team member you will have the following attributes: strong foundational understanding of application development concepts and technologies Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills, coupled with a desire to take on responsibilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex system issues in business terminology Ability to handle high-priority projects with deadlines for deliverables with minimal defects Confidence in interfacing with business partners at various levels Ability to learn and understand the business functions that the team supports Ability to work independently as a member of an Agile scrum team Detailed oriented and a self-starter
- Must be able to quickly grasp complex concepts and learn new technologies Ability to learn and interface with multiple technology domain partners, including offshore vendor teams and internal groups Must be able to reach out and seek out information from senior members on the team Genuinely concerned with the success of the team than with getting credit for your contributions Self-motivated and diligent with a desire to work hard and do whatever is necessary to help the team succeed Good understanding of how your words and actions impact others which helps deal with others respectfully As a technical developer you will have the following skills and/or experience: Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field Basic development skills in Java, .Net or Apex gained through hands on experience Basic understanding of Salesforce platform features Knowledge or basic experience in Salesforce Configuration, Workflow, Triggers, Visualforce, Apex code and batch Knowledge or basic experience in Salesforce synchronous and asynchronous integration patterns Knowledge or basic experience in Salesforce Lightning Knowledge or basic experience in CI/CD Knowledge or basic experience with Jira Knowledge or basic experience in Agile development Salesforce Administrator or Developer certifications is a plus
