Licensed Health Insurance Agent

Randstad, in partnership with one of the fastest growing companies in the US,  is actively seeking Licensed Health Insurance Agents to join their team for the Annual Enrollment Period! ***Candidates must have an active Life and Health license in the state they reside in to be considered for this opportunity!***

salary: $27 - $29 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 8 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• As a licensed insurance agent, candidates will handles inbound calls from Medicare customers that are interested in changing from one plan to another.
• Interact appropriately and efficiently with customers using excellent interpersonal and listening skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Inbound calls from current customers seeking support to change to another Medicare product.
• Make outbound calls to existing customers to cross talk into another Medicare product
• Maintain detailed knowledge of all products and procedures.
• Demonstrate ability to analyze information, problems, issues, situations, and procedures to develop effective solutions.
• Able to offer options and educate callers when appropriate.
• Understanding of the various Medicare products (Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Part D, Ancillary)

***Must hold active Life and Health insurance license in state of residence***
