Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and revising correspondence, memoranda, and legal documents under the guidance of attorneys. Ensure accuracy, formatting, and compliance with legal standards.
- Participate in the preparation and coordination of large transactional closings, ensuring all necessary documents are organized and filed appropriately.
- Maintain the electronic document management system, ensuring all case-related materials are organized, accessible, and secure.
- Assist in maintaining Outlook calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and court appearances for attorneys if required.
- Enter daily time entries into Aderant accounting software if needed, and handle reimbursements and check requests as necessary.
- Able to handle complex document mark-ups with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Prioritize, organize, and manage workloads efficiently, demonstrating the ability to handle multiple projects and anticipate tasks that need to be completed.
- Ensure deadlines are met for multiple transactions simultaneously, working diligently to meet all case-related timeframes.
