Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Set up and run finishing equipment on which competency has been documented by the Production Manager, including Clamshell Die Cutter, Chop Cutter, Laminator, Eyeletters, Drill, Round Corner Machine, Back Slitter, Setmaster, Ryobi Offset, Hot Stamp, Setmaster and similar equipment listed on the Skills Matrix
• Performance of all scheduled maintenance operations as directed by the Production Manager

• Diligent adherence to the First Article Sign Off (FASO) and related QMS procedure
• Achievement of quality and productivity targets established by the Production Manager
• Cooperation with all team members in the efficient execution of manufacturing processes
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with 5S principles
• Maintain a safe and injury free work environment
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
