The Role
Fidelity Investment Personal, Workplace, and Institutional Services (PWIS) is looking for a qualified individual to assume a key role as Systems Services and Support Analyst within the WI Mainframe. Fidelity participant Recordkeeping System is a system used by Fidelity to store and process both participant and plan specific data and information in retirement accounts. FPRS stores both financial and non-financial data for participants and plans. The responsibilities include the triage of batch job abends, oversight of the environment, and resolution of user-generated request tickets.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
The WI Prod support team supports the Prod batch cycles running on Mainframe. These batch cycles are to support the participant Record keeping platform. This is a legacy platform running on Mainframes and is at the verge of modernization.

- 4 - 7 years of technical skills/experience using JCL, Control M, TSO, COBOL, DB2, SQL, ISPF, and FileAid
- Prior Experience with Fidelity mainframe application and batch processing is a plus.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be capable of learning complex processes quickly and have the ability to learn through independent research.
- Ability to learn and function effectively as a member of a multi-location team
- strong customer focus and customer satisfaction orientation
- Demonstrated ability to influence peers and superiors in a matrix environment
- The applicant should also demonstrate effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Availability to provide some off-hours /weekend on-call coverage as required.
