Maintenance Tech - 1st Shift

Randstad has a 1st Shift Maintenance position in the Newport, TN area. The job duties will include troubleshooting, electrical repair, welding, plumbing and various other maintenance duties. This job will pay anywhere between $17-$18 an hour and is a direct hire position. This job is  excellent for someone looking to get into Maintenance but does not have a lof of experience. Responsibilities

- Working with Electrical circuits and controls.

- Welding and pipefitting.

- Troubleshooting machinery in facility.

- Doing routine plumbing and other maintenance duties around the facility.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
