The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in an engineering discipline and working in a cross-functional environment and/or business unit teams. They should have relevant technological knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and be able to lead, work independently, and in a team environment. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will develop manufacturing plans, conduct complex producibility and variation analyses, resolve complex technical problems, and serve as a project manager to ensure that contract requirements, specifications, design criteria, and schedule performance are integrated and maintained.

- Develop manufacturing plans and oversee plan optimization.
- Conduct complex producibility and variation analyses to ensure that manufacturing process capability matches requirements.
- Resolve complex technical problems and serve as a project manager to ensure that contract requirements, specifications, design criteria, and schedule performance are integrated and maintained.
- Lead advanced design solutions and support research of new product or business opportunities, deploy company Lean Enterprise analysis methods, and document and communicate producibility best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 5 years of experience
- Material Review Board Certification or Liaison Engineering experience
- Ability to obtain a Security Clearance
