responsibilities:
- Analyze processes and work collectively with the broader team to identify machine and process improvements to deliver results in safety, quality, and cost.
- Investigates and responds to quality concerns, both internal and external.
- Lead product and technology transfers within facilities.
- Responsible for all documentation associated with the assigned products (manufactured or purchased), including drawings, document control, and communication of updates to bills of materials, routings, etc. Develops, organizes and maintains the document database and keeps buyers and suppliers current on latest revisions.
- Partner up with Operations to train employees on new processes and equipment utilization.

- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Education: Bachelors (required)
