job summary : Responsibilities :

Responsibilities :

• Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment such as injection molding, compression molding, mixing, milling, and extruding machines
• Perform electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance to injection molding, compression molding, mixing, milling, and extruding machines
• Repair auxiliary equipment such as mold heaters, ovens, loaders, spoolers, pumps, and parts conveyors by dismantling, cleaning and replacing worn or defective parts and assemblies
• Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove and replace any defective parts
• May be required to research part availability and initiates purchase order for needed repair parts
• Perform building maintenance as required
• Work cross functionally to support company LEAN and High Performance team objectives and initiatives
