responsibilities:
- Develop innovative and cost-effective designs that align with electrical and mechanical functional requirements.
- Create precise drawings and comprehensive documentation to effectively communicate designs within the organization and to external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Mechanical and Electrical Engineers to seamlessly implement electrical and mechanical designs for optimal efficiency.
- Mechanical and Electrical Calculations: Apply basic mechanical and electrical calculations to enhance the quality and functionality of designs.
- Work closely with Operations personnel and vendors, ensuring that designs meet stringent manufacturability standards.
- Guideline Adherence: Follow Engineering Guidelines meticulously for design, drawing, and document control.
- Develop and maintain a high level of technical expertise and knowledge of assigned products, supporting their integration throughout the organization.
- Prototyping and Testing: Lead the fabrication and assembly of mechanical, electrical, and electronic prototypes, conducting rigorous tests to replicate real-world scenarios and ensure repeatable results.
- Maintenance, Modification, and Repair: Take charge of maintaining, modifying, repairing, and testing electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems and equipment.
- Expertise in Design Software: Maintain a high level of expertise with design software, with a focus on SolidWorks, staying abreast of technological advancements.
