Our client, a leader in autonomous spacecraft navigation, is seeking a Missile System GNC Engineer who will be responsible for providing technical expertise in control and estimation theory to design, model, and analyze missile-related Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC) systems. Minimum 5 years of direct experience in developing and analyzing GNC algorithms, knowledge of guided missile design and software development, with proficiency in C/C and Python.

responsibilities:
- Apply engineering knowledge to solve GNC problems.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate guidance algorithms, flight controls, navigation systems, and flight hardware for advanced guided missiles.
- Conduct modeling, simulation, and performance assessments of guided missile systems from conceptual design to flight testing.
- Design and construct unique test capabilities for evaluating control actuation hardware.
- Propose and engage in internal research and development projects to address weapon system performance gaps, including securing government research contracts.
