Our client is looking for a Network Engineer to join their growing team. The group is reponsible for standard routine maintenance functions, associated change management and related tracking for all Managed Services CPE Data/Voice products. Preventative maintenance, lifecycle replacement, MOPs and implementation of such for all managed components. Proper operation of all tools used by Operations and point of contact for any issues impacting operations visibility. Making sure that all CPE devices conform to strict standard configurations. Making configuration changes as standards are updated. Proper device configuration backups, syslog, SNMP settings and related functions and exception management. Ensure all Managed Services devices are being properly configured for monitoring.Sparing management and vendor maintenance agreements. Patching vulnerabilities and securing all Managed Services CPEs.

Qualifications:
- 4 years of network engineering experience
- Cisco routing/switching experience
- Network automation experience (python-preferred)
- Commercial Wi-Fi Application experience

As a Network Engineer II:
- Ability to follow a written MOP (Method and procedure) for assigned maintenances.
- Create and track work using Jira tasks in our ticketing system.
- Assist border teams with maintenances that may include changes or verification to Managed Services CPE components.
- Work as a team to meet project deadlines.
