Location: 10300 SW Allen Blvd Beaverton, OR 97005
Compensation: $20/hr.
Schedule/Operating Hours :
Mon-Fri: 6am-6pm
(schedule could be anywhere in between these hours)
Set Schedule i.e. 6am-2:30 or 9:30-6pm)
Duration of contract:
Project/Volume based
Training: Typically
Mon-Fri: 7:30 AM PST - 4:00 PM PST (May vary, must be flexible)
What you will be doing:
- Call center to handle potential claimant inquiries and claims.
- Responsible for answering inbound and outbound calls, processing email, chat and callback interactions.
- Professionally answer calls and address caller inquiries as needed.
- Route calls as needed to appropriate resources.
- Perform research using available resources as needed to provide required information to callers.
- Identify and escalate more complex issues to the research team
- Complete necessary administrative work as needed and complete call logs accurately
Requirements:
- Call Center Experience (at least 6 months)
- Ability to Use Computer
- Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Professionalism
