ORSCO Assembler

Are you an Assembler ready to apply your assembly skills in a new way? We have a local  manufacturing company that is in need of someone with your expertise. If you are willing to adhere to strict attendance guidelines, comfortable working in a team environment, and motivated by overtime pay - this could be the ideal opportunity! Alemite SKF is seeking someone to assemble ORSCO Models according to quality, engineering and production standards. This position consists of mechanical and electrical assembly and testing, following prints, schematcis, wiring diagrams, hose charts and assembly instructions. 

salary: $15 - $15.01 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 6 AM - 2:30 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• • Ability to read blueprints & wiring diagrams.
  • Must be proficient in the accurate usage of calipers, micrometers, & gauges.
  • Experienced in mechanical and electrical assembly & testing methods.
  • Must have knowledge of sampling methods for determining quality of work, and ability to diagnose & rectify conditions which do not meet specifications.
  • Possess general computer skills for inquiry & process transactions in multiple databases.

The essential functions of this role include:

manual lifting up to 40lbs

Blueprint Reading (1 year of experience is required)

Mechanical Assembling (1 year of experience is required)

Ability to use calipers (1 year of experience is required)

ability to use micrometers (1 year of experience is required)

ability to use gauges (1 year of experience is required)
