Overnight Assembler

Job Title: Medical Device Assembler

Location: Bedford, MA

Pay Range: $25-$27/HR

Working Hours:

• 3rd Shift: 10PM-6:30AM 
• Must train either 6AM-2:30PM OR 6PM-Midnight for 3 weeks

Assembler II: 2 Years of clean room/assembly experience

Assembler III: 4 Years of clean room/assembly experience

Job Overview: Seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Device Assembler to join our team in Bedford, MA. As a Medical Device Assembler, you will be responsible for precise assembly and testing of medical devices. Your tasks include microscopic work, soldering, and following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in a cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform precise assembly tasks using microscopes and soldering techniques.
• Adhere to SOPs to ensure compliant and quality-driven assembly processes.
• Work in a cleanroom environment, following strict cleanliness and contamination control protocols.
• Conduct visual inspections and resolve any defects or abnormalities in the assembled devices.
• Collaborate with the team, report issues, and ensure efficient production.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in medical device assembly or a similar manufacturing environment (4 years)
• Proficiency in microscopic work, soddering, and adherence to SOPs.
• Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to interpret technical instructions.
• communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
