responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives on-time and on-budget. Initiate, plan, execute, monitor/control, and close projects using project management standards, templates, tools and best practices.
- Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources and facilitate project management team meetings.
- Define and manage project schedules as well as maintain cross-functional team oversight and communication to stakeholders on project performance against goals and milestones via dashboards, reports, and other communication tools.
- Develops a risk management strategy for the project and implements associated processes and tools to ensure effective identification, monitoring and management of project risks.
- Implements project and financial controls, including procedures for change control / management, cost control / forecasting, physical progress / productivity measurement, and invoice review / payment.
- Motivate team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.
- Assist with the creation and/or revision of project management tools and templates.
- Assist with providing training and coaching to the site on project management standards, tools and templates.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or MBA.

- Demonstrated ability to manage change and communicate effectively vertically and horizontally within an organization.
- Tools: MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBi.
- Bachelor's degree with two or more years of experience in project management.
- Experience working in CMC biopharmaceutical drug development, cGMP, process development, manufacturing, engineering, quality, or regulatory disciplines and the interdependencies among these disciplines.
