- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing or Electrical is preferred) or any equivalent technical degree
- Must have at least three (3) years of Process Engineering experience within a manufacturing environment
- Experience with manufacturing equipment or assembly lines
- Understanding of six sigma, process layouts, and process improvement tools
- Hands-on approach to problem solving and analysis
- Six Sigma certification is preferred

- Ensure the fabrication lines are functioning efficiently, safely, and effectively
- Works with operators to complete other efficiency and quality related tasks
- Manage process related tooling in preparation for each production run
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment and machine failures and bottlenecks
- Develop and implement continuous improvement in capability and/or scrap reduction
- Train operators how to safely and effectively operate plant equipment and machinery
- Verify conformance of components to customer specifications
