Procurement Specialist

We are looking to hire a permanent full time Procurement Specialist in Oakland! This position would be fully onsite reporting directly to the Human Resources manager and Controller. This position will require the individial to handle all operations such as Inventory, Purchase Orders, Bids, Cost Analysis and part time duties as an Office Manager. Responsibilities

- Looking to hire a permanent full time Procurement Specialist/Office Manager in Oakland.

- Main responsibilities include: Inventory Management, Supply Chain, Demand Planner, Purchase Orders, Bids, Cost Analysis, Office Management, Excel (VLoopups & Pivot-Tables).

- This position would report directorly to the Human Resources manager and Controller.

- Small/midize organization that is looking to grow.

- 80% Procurement and 20% Office Manager related duties.
