Production Assistant

Salary: $26 - $26.3 per hour
Work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
Education: High School



Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Greet testers and provide information about our VR experience and equipment
• First point of contact for each pilot user and responsible for ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience
• Update app/device software, as needed
• Provide hands-on instruction and guidance, including troubleshooting technical issues and answering questions

 

Here’s what you’ll have:

• 1-2 years of experience customer service
• Technical support acumen
• Interest in Virtual Reality technology
