Responsibilities

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment
- Understand and conduct Lean Management
- Maintain safety standards with plant and equipment
- Operate and manage Manufacturing Control System
- Manage production process
- Prior food experience with USDA, and FDA (SQF is desired but not required).
- 2-year degree preferred or sufficient experience.
