Responsibilities
Supervision of Production
Schedule, inspection, tooling
Teaching and coaching
Problem resolution
Motivates, directs and implementing measures to improve
Submitting reports on work activities, operations etc.
The essential functions of this role include:wearing steel toe shoes manual lifting up to 50lbs standing for 8 hours at one time working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
SkillsOperations Leading Managing Coaching Supervising Machine Operation (5 years of experience is preferred)
