Position Summary:
- Manages, monitors and supports the day to day data sourcing and reporting capabilities within stated Service level agreements.
- Manage the Production deployment activities according to documented SLA's and develop production support dashboards and supporting metrics.
- Develop repeatable and standardized Production Support manual/playbook
- Manage and coordinate the day to day Production reporting and banner deployment tasks with internal and external application development teams
- Oversee Service Level Agreement establishment of Service Level Agreement process, metric reporting for missed SLA's and root cause analysis for missed SLA's.
- Develop metrics and dashboards to communicate the health and task progress for the production support team
- Develop and manage stakeholder communication routines for upcoming changes and/or deployments
- MS SQL Server
- Bank experience
- Exposure to application maintenance and support.
- Must have ability to drive and lead projects.
- Must have solid communications skills to communicate with external vendors, different teams within the bank such as users, governance teams, platform teams, Hadoop, application team etc. to determine specific solutions for various use cases.
- Experience working in a matrix organization managing multiple priorities
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience in writing SQL queries
- Experience in managing production support duties and/or tasks
- Solid understanding of SDLC techniques.
- Knowledge of Bank's change and incident management practices
