responsibilities:
- Duties may include developing budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for a defined portion of a program.
- May contribute to establishing and defining program plan requirements, delivery timeline, key performance indicators, including monitoring and reporting performance, to ensure that contractual, cost and schedule objectives are met.
- Works to achieve day-to-day objectives with major impact on the area of responsibility.
- Responsible for entire projects or processes spanning multiple professional areas.
- Typically responsible for coaching, reviewing and delegating work to lower-level professionals.
- Problems typically involve multiple issues, areas, or specialties.
- Makes significant improvements in programs, processes, and solutions to enhance results.
- Communicates with internal team members across multiple areas and client team members.
Desired Skills:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience managing projects.
- BS in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain (or a related field).
- A minimum of 2 or more years of applicable experience will also satisfy the BS degree requirement.
