Project Cordinator

salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Weekly reports on maintenance jobs completed for customers
• Communicate on conference calls and with reports on project status and plans to the customer
• Timely submission of Generator repair quotes
• Review jobs and make sure they are in the correct status for billing and update customer databases
• Work with managers to review and resolve billing questions
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and personnel
• Work’s independently with minimal or no supervision
• Manages field force to comply with all specifications, industry standards, safety rules, regulations, and company policies and procedures
• Verify materials are captured correctly and in the correct amount
• Routing & scheduling technicians for efficiency and customer expectations
• Assist in monthly budget forecasts and keep the project in line
• Understand and accept this position requires response outside of normal working hours
