- Demonstrate solid End to End program/ project management skills to support all new Voice products presented, NSER and Reverse Engagement (RTB) projects.
- Experience working with Avaya VoIP infrastructure or known knowledge of platform and past BoA work experience would be a plus for processes and procedures.
- Demonstrate solid End-to-end program/ project management skills to support all new Voice products presented, Manage Network Service request and Reverse Engagement for 3rd party projects within the a Contact Center Voice environment. Background experience working with Avaya VoIP infrastructure or known knowledge of platform is a must. Past BoA work experience would be a plus for processes and procedures.
