Job Description:
- In this role, candidates will act as a project manager / process improvement lead for Sustainability Governance and partner with leadership and peer teams to drive process improvements, socialization and timely action to support mitigation of existing process gaps. Candidates will be responsible to solve problems analytically by applying a mixture of risk and technology expertise to perform impact assessments, identify root causes in support of the risk control activities, and drive risk reduction in the respective processes. They will be responsible to provide feedback and training as needed and monitor the health of the process enhancements through their lifecycle, including action plan development and evidence preparation. The role requires Solid communication and leadership skills, candidates are required to drive collaboration with teammates across organizations and with the management team to identify opportunities to improve processes and controls across technology for issue management.
- Experience with creation of Governance Routines, QA work on collection of evidence
- Experience with Sustainability Controls
- Ability to coordinate across multiple groups, socialization across a matrix org
- Documentation and project management skills. Maintaining progress mileposts.
- Ability to update/manage procedures and documentation
- Proven time management and organizational skills
- Demonstrates accountability and ownership
- Solid collaboration and partnering skills with ability to positively influence and motivate others, enjoys working in a team environment

- Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Solid understanding of technology risk and control / technology risk management
- Proven ability to execute with accuracy, precision, and attention to detail
- Proactive approach - ability to connect the dots, look across, and a love of problem-solving
- Proven ability to manage multiple and often competing priorities in a global environment; ability to drive routines, projects and programs with a track record of successful execution / change
- Ability to decompose complex issues and drive timely decisions, knowing when to engage others for additional input or escalation
- Communicates complex technical subject matter into clear, concise language suited for various audiences
- 3-5 years of technology experience for a large and complex organization
- Ability to remain extremely organized while managing multiple deliverables
