Project Manager

salary: $80,000 - $85,000 per year

Responsibilities

• create project plans with short-term and long-terms focus that include target dates and milestones needing to be accomplished
• assign tasks from the project plan to specific employees based on the best person to handle that task
• make decisions based on what is the best option to adhere to the project targets and deadlines
• act as the point of contact when larger teams are involved in subsets of a greater portion of the project to ensure the team stays on track
• communicate with the appropriate stakeholders on project updates and ensuring the project objectives are still aligned with the overall mission
• quality control for milestones within the project to ensure they meet the required standards to execute on the project
• make adjustments to the schedules and timelines as the project progresses
• recommend any changes or financial adjustments as the projects changes
