Immediate opening / opportunity for a 1st shift (6.30 am-3.30 pm) Quality Inspector Personal Attributes, Skills, and experience needed :
Prior production / job shop experience : 1 year minimum
6 months Forklift Experience verified by supervisor / HR reference
High school GED / Diploma
Basic knowledge of Hand tools and power tools
Ability to lift 50 pounds
standing and walking
Reliable Attendance
shift : First
work hours : 6 : 30 AM - 3 PM
education : High School
Responsibilities
Work from Job packet specifications
Hang Gasketed plates in Units as per Specifications
Use Pneumatic power tools to tighten bolts
Continuously build job knowledge through execution of Standard Operating Procedures
Comply with all safety policies, wear all required PPE, and report any safety concerns or injuries immediately
Observe all company policies.
Execute quality checks and inspections as needed.
Maintain work records & productivity standards.
Keep work areas clean & free of debris by utilizing 5S processes.
The essential functions of this role include :
wearing steel toe shoes
working in a non-temperature controlled environment
manual lifting up to 50lbs
standing for 8 hours at one time
