Quality Control-Day

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5AM-1:30PM Are you looking for a long-term opportunity with a great company? Are you passionate about keeping a warehouse on schedule? If so, we have the perfect position for you! We are currently hiring for Quality Control to join our team at Crate&Barrel in Tracy, CA!

• Attention to detail a must 
• Previous experience as a quality control inspector in the same industry preferred
• Basic mathematical arithmetic
• Excellent oral and communication skills
• Good team player who can work efficiently with minimal supervision
• Ability to get certification to operate CBH power equipment 

This is a Temp-to-Hire Position. Se habla español. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5am-1:30PM

salary: $19.99 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 5 AM - 1:30 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Unpack and repack product 
  
  
• Assemble / Disassemble product parts and inspect them individually
  
  
• Monitor product in working area to ensure inventory is correct 
  
  
• Inspect products to ensure that they meet quality standards  based on company objectives
  
  
• Communicate the results of inspections to QA associate
  
  
• Move product to staging lanes as needed 
  
  
• Pick and putaway product from/to storage locations 
  
  
• Product repairs - If a particular product has a single, minor defect that the QA associate is equipped to resolve. Assistance with this will be needed
  
  

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 8 hours at one time

working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week

working weekends
