job summary : Responsibilities :

Responsibilities :

Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision tools and equipment.

Perform visual inspections, measurements, and tests to verify conformance to quality standards and specifications. Identify and document quality issues, deviations, and non-conformities, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.

Collaborate with production teams to address and resolve quality issues in a timely manner, ensuring product quality and integrity.

Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation, including inspection reports, quality control logs, and non-conformance reports.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development and implementation of quality processes and procedures.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in quality assurance or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a quality inspector or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
  • strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment, such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and optical comparators.
  • Understanding of quality control principles, standards, and methodologies.
