Responsibilities and Experience:
- Excellent Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Experienced Salesforce Admin with previous integration experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platforms
- Experience in commercial lending
- Familiar with Loan origination platforms.
- Certified Salesforce Admin/ Integrator
- Knowledge of process mapping and experience in process optimization
- Proven End-to-End knowledge of how processes work with ability to recognize interdependencies
- Intermediate Continuous Improvement project experience
- Adept at conducting research to solve process/system related issues
- Experience with the non-technical support of technology including solutions for eBusiness
- Able to look for opportunities to increase knowledge as well as training related to the continual update of processes
- Ability to participate in and lead cross-functional teamwork across multiple companies and branch offices
- An active listener with excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to read complex
- customer situations and adapt as needed
- Ability conduct training and to present ideas and information in a clear, concise, and organized manner
- Experience at working autonomously and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment with ability to self-prioritize
- Provide administrative support to the Corporate Operations unit
- Proficient User of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio
- Ability to travel up to 5%-15%
